I had a great experience with BMW of Wilmington. They saved me $1,400 compared to the quote I received from BMW of Kinston for the same work. The pricing was much more reasonable, and I really appreciate the straightforward service and not feeling like I was being overcharged. It was absolutely worth making the trip to Wilmington, and BMW of Wilmington will be my first choice for service going forward. Highly recommend getting a second quote from them if you're comparing BMW service options.

We have taken our car to BMW of Wilmington two times once for an oil change and the second time for actual repairs and we are beyond pleased with the service we have received. Everybody was super nice and they made sure that when we had to drop our car off that we were able to be put in a loaner car until the repairs were completed. I would definitely recommend BMW of Wilmington. They're also very honest and transparent.

Richard Austin was a delight to work with…very courteous and made sure I was well informed as to the needed service for my car. All the staff in the dealership that I encountered were very friendly. They made my appt. a comfortable and relaxing one.

They got my oil change done faster than expected, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work. Staff was friendly, waiting area was clean, and my car is running great. Definitely coming back for future maintenance. I personally love working with Gloria.

I cannot say enough good things about my 1st service w. this dealership that I purchased my new X3 from! From the service advisor, to the technicians, 'genius' (tech support), etc., everyone was so friendly and professional. They totally keep you updated on what service is recommended, how much it will cost, and when the vehicle will be ready. Nice touches are the complimentary wash & vacuum, as well as complementary ride shares. My car and myself definitely felt pampered!!
